  1. Courses Offered
    1. Courses offered by Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management are normally intended for individuals seeking professional skill to upgrade (including but not limited to additional qualification w.r.t current industry trends, end user skills, etc.)

    3. Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management endeavors to be closely connected to the industry technology trends. Hence Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management updates its courses from time to time ensuring a smooth learning curve for its students.
    4. Curriculum changes (if any) are communicated from time to time to the students via student notice board, website, email communication, etc.
    5. Students are obligated to keep track of such changes.
    6. Changes to the courses are done to keep its content up-to-date with the latest trends in Travel and Tourism industry.
    7. The management reserves the right to make changes to the course without any notice.
  2. Terms & Conditions for Admission
    1. Travind reserves the right to refuse or cancel any admissions without any justification.
    2. The Candidate agrees to provide authentic and true information. Travind reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and Educational details provided by the candidate. If upon confirmation such candidate details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Travind has the right in its sole discretion to reject the admission.
    3. Every student shall be issued an Identity Card. Entry into the classes shall be permitted only with Identity Card.
    4. In case any parent/guardian/student misbehaves with any staff members of the Institute unlawfully, his/her ward can be rusticated and no claim to retain such student shall be entertained. Travind reserves the right to take legal action.
    5. If at any point in time, the Govt. further increases GST, the extra amount of tax must be borne by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Govt. There may be instances that institute may offer add-on course. Travind reserves the right to change in fee without any prior notice.
    6. Travind reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs/ venue/timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director/s shall be final & binding on the students and the parents.
    7. Minimum 75% of Attendance is mandatory to reward yourself with all the certification from Travind.
  3. Fees & Payments
    1. No refund of Registration/ Admission/Tuition/ Short Term Classroom Courses like Crash Courses / Short Term Courses / Compact Course Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. It is towards administrative expenses incurred by the company.
    2. If a student of any course other than Short Term Classroom Courses leaves the classes / Institute within 10 days from the date of commencement of the classes/course in the institute due to any reason whatsoever, the tuition fee paid shall be refunded along with PDCs submitted if any. However, The registration fee & admission fee shall not be refunded.
    3. In case any refund arises, it shall be issued by cheques only. Cheques shall be issued in the name of student /parents only.
  4. Course Concepts and Courseware
    1. All courses are delivered in English or Regional languages as per requirements of the course materials.
    2. 100% attendance is expected for all sessions to ensure maximum benefit from the concerned course.
    3. In case of uninformed, continuous absence for 4 sessions, the student name may be stuck off the rolls.
    4. Courseware provided is protected by copyright and any reproduction in any form or by any other means is illegal.
  5. Other Terms & Conditions
    1. The below signature confirms the students acceptance of the terms and conditions explained herein.
    2. No interest for any third party can be created in this association concerning only the student & Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management.
    3. Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management Shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any of its obligation when such attributed to events beyond the control of Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management (including but not limited to fire, flood, war, s/w failures)delay is.
    4. Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management Uses cookies for Google Remarketing.
  6. Liability of Travind Institute of Travel and Tourism Management towards students is limited only to extent of fees paid. All disputes shall be under purview of courts in Mumbai only.

Any restrictions You may wish to place upon the Company use of such information must be communicated to the Company in advance and the Company reserve the right to reject such terms and associated information.

  13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon Your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to the Company or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of Your obligations under this Terms and Conditions or arising out of Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Terms and Conditions.

  15. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
  16. Either the Company or You may terminate Your Account. If the Company terminate your Account, You will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding, the foregoing, the Company reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons whatsoever.

    If the Company terminates Your Account, any payments on Your Account due shall be paid to You immediately and provision of Services shall be stopped.

  17. Services, Pricing and Availability

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of Services available from the Company correspond to the actual Services that will be provided to You, the Company is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the Services may vary depending on Your individual requirements and circumstances. This does not exclude Companies liability for mistakes due to negligence on the Companies part and refers only to variations of the correct Services, not different Services altogether.

    Where appropriate, You may be required to select the required package of Services.
